New Bike Service Pack
We are always trying to improve customer experience with us, so we now include a service pack with all new bike purchased at our shop.
Free Bronze service every 6 months is now included from purchase date for 3 years, that’s worth £300.
Any worn parts that need replacing will be incur our normal labour charge.

- All components removed, cleaned, degreased and inspected for damage and wear
- All components refitted, regreased and adjusted
- Cables lubricated
- All bearing’s externally adjusted
- Frame and forks cleaned and degreased
- True, tension and dishing of both wheels
- Nuts and bolts set to the correct torque
- Condition of the tyres checked and inflated to the correct pressure
- Gears and brakes checked and adjusted as required
- Transmission parts checked for wear and chain lubricated
- Free movement of headset checked and adjusted as required
- General inspection and safety check

Gold Service
